Inspired by the functionality of PHP MyAdmin this project attempts to give SQL Server and MSDE database users a web based administration and developm. This useful tool was removed in 2012 and is still missed. ASPNet Membership was first introduced in ASPNet 20 and is relatively easy to implement in your web application.
Since then ASPNET has introduced ASPNET Identity and community member Brock Allen created.
When my code was in development I had the built in WSAT ASPNet website administration tool which I could launch from Visual StudioNet and I could easily administer my website. There are several tools out there but some does not work as expected oder you need to install NET 4 on a server just to run a simple ASPNET app that does this job.
