Android Sdkmanager Tool Not Found. The sdkmanager is a command line tool that allows you to view install update and uninstall packages for the Android SDK. I have been going round in circles with this issue there are so many that people have issues similar to mine but not one of them is the same.

Even after doing all I could found - Keep on getting the typical Failed to find ANDROID_HOME and Failed to find android command in your PATH 5.
